It offers 6/F to 30/F Grade A office floors (excluding 17/F Refuge Floor & 18/F Mechanical Floor), 3/F banking hall, 5/F fine dining Chinese and Japanese restaurants and a car park with 37 parking spaces in the basement. There is an entrance to the Central MTR Station in the basement and it also connects to the other major commercial buildings in Central.
