About Us

The Lai Sun Group was founded in 1947 and obtained its first listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1972. Its businesses include property development, real estate investment, hotel, telecom, mass media and entertainment. The Group holds a number of properties in Hong Kong, including residential, shopping malls, office buildings, industrial buildings and car parks, all over Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
